I feel my art is as sensitive as my life. .It has been traveling with me for the last five years. My artwork is an expression of the connection with other cultures in my surroundings.
Monochromatic and abstraction are the main characteristics of my images. Non standard plate sizes offer me more creativity for image placement. Monotype has for me the magic and the spontaneity I need to create an image. It is not just about me and what comes out of my mind, it is a blend of the pressure of the press, ink and paper that transcends into an artwork. What I first see in the plate gives me the initial idea.
It is this magical feeling of the media that gives me my own art language.
